We will be performing software upgrades on OpenSRS load balancers to enhance service reliability. We will be upgrading the backup unit first, then we failover to the upgraded unit and verify services are unaffected. Next we will upgrade the primary unit.
Impact On Resellers
We are not anticipating any interruption to service, but there is a small possibility there may be brief intermittent delays or timeouts within the window. If there is any brief interruption, OpenSRS provisioning services which may be affected are: Domains, SSL, Storefront, Website Builder and Personal Names. Email services, including mailbox, mail flow and Mail Administration Center (MAC) will not be affected.
Impact On End-Users

All domains will continue to resolve. If there is a brief service interruption, Storefront customers may not have access to their Reseller's Storefront. All email services are unaffected.
